Probably the best hotel we've been to that is located at the heart of the city - surrounded by plants, nice resto na reasonable ang price, clean pool with a diligent lifeguard, and very nice staff.
Everyone from the entrance security guard to front desk to assisting persons they are all commendable for being courteous, attentive and helpful.
